In the previous blog, I talked about my relationship with Math.
Now might be the perfect time to talk about Chemistry as well.
What about Chemistry intrigues me so much?
I'm not sure if it's the little elements that bond together to create a giant mass that we can physically see and touch or if it's the reactions between different acids and bases that end up creating whole new compounds. But it certainly is interesting.
Although it may not be my main interest as of now, I have never found Chemistry class boring. Every class we would learn something that would captivate my interests and spark my imagination. Would the elements in the air and vial in front of me really move like they do in the animation they're showing me on the board right now? Or if we combined all the different chemicals in the room right now, would it create toxic gas or an explosion?
This curiosity led me to continuously study Chemistry and eventually partake in the Stemco Chemistry competition and produce good results.
